  A seriously cool spot, felt like a speak easy....very nice set up! Our final stop on our two-day personal Durham Craft Beer crawl with myself and a few friends. This place reeks of coolness, and the beer reeks too...in the most incredibly tasty way. A great tap selection of various beers, and a really sweet black IPA. Mentioned to one of the owners we were on a personal Durham Craft Beer crawl and he was very supportive of the various Durham Craft Brew Houses....with the exception of one...again, Second Wedge falls to the bottom of the barrel. The joke in Durham Region is that the Second Wedge is lovingly referred to, or joked at as, Second Rate - At Best...too funny...that was our experience as well. This place is set up for coolness...no arrogant attitudes or bad service...just really good beer in a great environment, definitely something to experience no doubt. So in all the Durham Breweries we visited, this one is rated very high, and Second Rate - At Best (Second Wedge) is not worth the effort at all...as a matter of fact, Manantler is our 21st craft brewery we have checked out and certainly would be in the top 4 whereas Second Rate - At Best (The Second Wedge) would be lower than 21st. Enjoy this place...its awesome, like their beer!

  Love this place! Been here a couple of times. Brewery doesn't have consistent brews, most places have beer that they consistently brew, this place always had one off or limited run brews. Always very good quality, very friendly staff.
