Coffee is always burnt tasting

Machines are always "broken" Recently ordered 2 White Hot Chocolates, only to be told the machine was broken. Yet I could order a hot chocolate or a French Vanilla just fine........all made with the same machine. Could it be the staff is just too lazy to do their job? Happens to be broken more often than not. Also seem to have the same problems with the Iced Capp machine.

It's located in the Walmart. It used to have an incorrect location, but is now properly placed on the map.

There machines are most of the time are broken. They done change there coffee often enough so u get that bottom pot some times.
